Buchungsbedingungen:
Für die Stadtführungen ist eine Anmeldung bis zum 24.07.2026 und das Erreichen der Mindestteilnehmerzahl notwendig. Nach der Anmeldefrist erhalten Sie vom Kongressbüro der Erfurt Tourismus und Marketing GmbH eine Buchungsbestätigung und Rechnung.
Das Ticket wird Ihnen nach Bezahlung der Rechnung per Email zugesandt.
Booking conditions:
Registration for the city tours is required by July 24, 2026, and the minimum number of participants must be reached. After the registration deadline, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice from the Erfurt Tourism and Marketing GmbH congress office.
Your ticket will be sent to you by email after payment of the invoice.
Stornierung:
Bis zum Anmeldeschluss (24.07.2026) können Anmeldungen zum Stadtführungsprogramm kostenfrei storniert werden. Danach wird für die Stornierung ein Betrag in Höhe von 50 % des Preises der gebuchten Leistung berechnet.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrations for the city tour program can be cancelled free of charge until the registration deadline (July 24, 2026). After this date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price will be charged.
