"Zum Güldenen Krönbacken" Arts Centre - Waidspeicher Gallery and Krönbacken House
The first stone building of today's Kulturhof was probably erected around 1200. Due to its location in the oldest part of the old town, the building has lived through several epochs of the town's history. Today, the more than 500-year-old Waidspeicher in the courtyard serves as a setting for exhibitions of contemporary art. In summer, the patrician house on the street is also used for these purposes. Concerts, cinema screenings and theater projects take place in the courtyard during the summer months. An adjacent beer garden and event catering in the courtyard provide for the physical well-being here.
