Legal Terms for the Erfurt Tour
The Erfurt Tourism & Marketing GmbH provides city guides for the tram to interested groups. The contractual parties of a guided tour include the ordering party on one side and Erfurt Tourism & Marketing GmbH on the other side. With the reservation the ordering party acknowledges and accepts the terms and booking conditions of Erfurt Tourism & Marketing GmbH.
Maximum group size:
The maximum group size is 50+20 participants per city guide. More city guides should be booked accordingly for larger groups.
Payment method:
The payment for the service shall be made in cash to the city guide. Vouchers are accepted. Invoices are issued upon request. The price shall include the statutory value-added tax.
Waiting time/Cancellation fee:
The participant(s) shall not be entitled to full service upon late arrival. In case of delay in arrival, we request you to duly inform the city guide on the mobile number (provided in the order confirmation). Should the group arrive more than 30 minutes later than agreed, the city guide can ask for a waiting fee of € 10.00 or appropriately shorten the guided tour. In other circumstances, the ride shall be considered cancelled in case of delay of more than 30 minutes; a cancellation fee to the tune of 50% of the total price shall be applicable.
Deadline and charges for cancellation:
The following lump-sum shall be applicable for withdrawal (from the agreement):
- up to 5 days before appointed date: no charge;
- from 1 days before commencement of services: € 50.00 per booking
- on the day of commencement of services: 70 % of the total amount
