German Horticultural Museum

An entire museum dedicated to horticulture - that is unique in Germany. The building and the location of the German Horticultural Museum are also unique: a fortress in the middle of the egapark, a 36-hectare garden, plant and leisure paradise. Situated on one of the city's two hills. But horticulture deserves it! For thousands of years, people have succeeded in securing their food supply and producing a wide variety of products through the intelligent use of plants and soil. The museum's exhibitions and workshops provide insights into the secrets of the garden and plant world.

The museum is open to registered school classes and visitor groups.
