* Parking is available in the Parkhaus am Dom car park, approximately 200 metres away.
* The Domplatz tram stop (lines 2, 3 and 6) is 100 metres away.
* The entrance is designed to provide high visual contrast.
* The name and/or logo of the establishment are clearly visible from the outside.
* All areas and facilities accessible to guests are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via a lift.
* All doors and passageways accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide.
* All areas accessible to guests are well lit, i.e. brightly and without glare.
* There is no visually distinct alarm.
* There is no induction loop system.
* An emergency call made from the lift is confirmed by an audible signal. Alternatively, stairs are available. Some stairs have edges with high visual contrast, at least on the first and last steps. Stairs have handrails on both sides.
* The exhibits are generally well lit. Information about the exhibits is provided in writing and via audio. The signage is designed using clearly legible, high-contrast lettering.
* The signage (for wayfinding) is designed using clearly legible, high-contrast lettering.
* Public toilets – some with grab rails – are available.
* Seating is available.
* Guided tours are offered for people with mobility, hearing and visual impairments. Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with mobility impairments, which can be used during the tour. Advance booking is required.
