Angermuseum Erfurt

Built in 1705-1711, the Kurmainzische Pack- und Waagehof is one of the most beautiful secular buildings of the Baroque period in central Germany.

In 1886, it was established as a municipal museum, from which the state capital's art museum with several sections emerged: medieval collection, painting gallery (17th century to present), arts and crafts and historical rooms (16th century to present), Heckel room (most important preserved mural painting of German Expressionism), graphics collection and special exhibitions.

Disabled pets are permitted.
